About Our Founder

Daphne Chandra founded Destiny Migration Company (DMC) to empower global citizens to align their futures with their aspirations, both for themselves and future generations. With increasing global uncertainty and rapid wealth creation in Southeast Asia, Daphne recognized a growing need for expert guidance in investment migration, particularly where knowledge in this space is lacking.

Beginning her career in private wealth management at Citibank and UBS, she advised high-net-worth individuals on financial portfolios and legacy planning. At Henley & Partners Singapore, she spearheaded the firm’s growth in the Indonesian market. Drawing from this experience, Daphne combined her expertise in wealth management and citizenship planning to offer clients a comprehensive approach to estate planning.

Daphne graduated Cum Laude from Bentley University, USA, with a BSc in Marketing and International Relations. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, meditation, and supporting charitable initiatives across the region.
